Chef John Foster is an award-winning chef and graduate of the International Culinary Center in New York City. He grew up in upstate NY, graduated from Colby College in Maine, cooked in NYC, and finally settled in the Bluegrass. He has brought farm to table dining to Lexington and has advocated for local farmers and growers for years. Chef Foster is the Chair of the Culinary program at Sullivan University in Lexington and received his Masters of Science in Management in June 2022.
